TOYO-RO INDUSTRIES Co., Ltd. is a heat treatment furnace manufacturer capable of providing integrated support—from design and manufacturing to installation and maintenance.

We design custom-made furnaces optimized for our customers’ production processes. With reliable technology built on years of experience, we support stable production and high-quality manufacturing.

Our heat treatment furnaces are utilized in a wide range of fields, including automotive parts, railways, construction, and industrial machinery, contributing to industrial development both in Japan and overseas.
By maintaining an in-house integrated system from design to after-sales maintenance, we directly reflect customer feedback into our products, leading to the development of higher-precision furnaces.

We not only accept maintenance requests 362 days a year, but also have established a system that enables prompt on-site visits.

We provide maintenance for repairs and malfunctions 362 days a year (excluding New Year holidays). For our overseas locations, support begins on January 2nd, with a system in place to dispatch specialized maintenance personnel to the site from various global network.

On-Site-First Approach

We are committed to responding to all emergency repair requests. After assessing the situation and conditions, we make the necessary preparations and first visit the site to evaluate the situation, dispatching appropriate personnel anywhere in Japan and overseas.

From Maintenance to New Development

We build equipment together with our customers. Therefore, any malfunctions or repairs that occur during actual use provide valuable data. While we promptly address repairs, we also feed these insights back into new projects and product development. This continuous cycle of improvement enables TOYO-RO products to evolve constantly, allowing us to deliver higher-quality products to our customers.

History of Technology

The group of newly developed products, which started with the development of gas furnaces in 1980, has been evolving year by year.
Our offices have been expanding overseas from 2012, and are moving towards the next generation.

Since its founding, TOYO-RO has been involved with continuous furnaces for over half a century. It represents continuous technological development and accumulated expertise.

TXG development and patent (1985)

Development and Patenting of TXG (1985)

In 1980, we successfully transitioned our heat source from electricity to gas, achieving dramatic reductions in heat treatment costs. In 1985, we developed the TXG (a direct furnace connection type atmosphere gas generator) to pursue further energy savings. These efforts remain the cornerstone of TOYO-RO’s energy efficiency and space-saving developments today.

New product development in the 1990s

Product Development in the 1990s

The 1990s saw the development of key products that continue to support TOYO-RO today, including Black Furnaces (1986), Constant Parts Feeding Systems (1992), Development of Smoke Prevention Unit (1994), and Automated P/C Systems (1998). During this period, we focused on developing higher-quality products based on customer needs. This progress is the result of our commitment to valuing customer feedback and pursuing excellence.

Global expansion since 2012

Global Expansion Since 2012

Following our steady overseas track record, we expanded our business locations globally. In 2012, we opened a representative office in Thailand, followed by the establishment of TOYO-RO AMERICAN., INC. in Indiana, USA, in 2013. We established our local subsidiary TOYO-RO (Thailand) CO., LTD. in 2015. In the same year, we formed a business alliance with PT. MURASE INDONESIA to expand our services in the ASEAN region.

First next-generation high-performance continuous furnace (2016)

Delivery of the First Next-Generation High-Performance Continuous Furnace (2016)

As environmental awareness grew globally, we focused on the effective utilization of waste energy, such as combustion exhaust heat, and developed a next-generation high-efficiency mesh belt type continuous furnace. We delivered the first unit in 2016. In 2018, we received the Energy Conservation Grand Prize for achieving 30% energy savings in continuous heat treatment furnaces through the introduction of new technology and multifaceted waste heat utilization.

Sales and Marketing/Design/Planning and Development

The sales department receives orders and the design department creates drawings and proposals. By repeating preliminary discussions and meetings, we do not simply produce standardized industrial furnaces but also meet customers’ needs closely and flexibly in all processes such as changes and improvements at the design stage as well as the selection of each part and machine. To this end, we have been making an effort to reduce the number of repairs and problems on site by creating highly accurate drawings.

Purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly

Purchasing/Manufacturing/Assembly

We purchase parts from reliable associated companies and proceed to the manufacturing and assembly process. All parts used in assembly are fully traceable and managed in a digital system. In the assembly process, we leverage TOYO-RO’s decades of accumulated expertise in manufacturing. To ensure full traceability, we have implemented various inspection sheets.

All employees, for all customers. All administrative staff at each location share a common understanding, and we are building systems to enable effective information sharing.

Operation/Maintenance

Products are delivered and inspected after a final specification check, but TOYO-RO places importance on our maintenance system. For any repairs or requests arising after operation begins, we maintain individual equipment records for each unit, including maintenance and repair history.
