Mesh belt type heat treatment furnace automation system developed by our company
Since we started the development of the automation system for the Mesh belt type heat treatment furnaces, we have been building up results, improving our products based on the result data from each industry and user and using systems to establish product traceability.
Aiming towards automation, we realized the automation of heat treatment reservation, workpiece supply and unloading aiming at the reduction of the need for human judgment as much as possible.
We have been advancing mesh belt type heat treatment furnaces by adding suitable improvements to them taking advantage of our self-developed software for supply amount control, processing control, temperature change and malfunction history.
In future, we are planning to realize systems with the aim of realizing the operation, heating and exhaust heat collection of heat treatment furnaces that can reduce unnecessary energy loss as an environmental measure.
Endo-Gas Generator
We improved the old type Endo-Gas Generator so that all data is traceable now.
We improved the old type Endo-Gas Generator so that all data is traceable now.
The heat source is coated with ceramic so not only gas and electricity but also heat radiation is reduced without limit.
We will keep advancing them for further energy saving.
Tempering furnaces with a zone separator
Human error has been eliminated thanks to the operation with the PC system so log management and operation are possible under optimal conditions.
We developed it to shorten the interval between lots caused by tempering furnace temperature changes.
Operation with the PC system eliminated human error due to temperature changes, so not only log control but also operation under optimal conditions is possible.
Smoke prevention unit and shower system of an intermediate cleaning system
We realized the systemization of reusing exhaust heat for the heating source of the intermediate cleaning water in addition to the collection method in the after-burner system.
We developed this for the purpose of efficiently collecting oil smoke in the plant.

We obtained a patent as a product that led to an improvement in the plant environment.
